The delivery dates provided by the supplier are based on information from the contracted shipping provider. Unless a different delivery date is specified for a particular product, the delivery time to the customer is a maximum of 30 days from the date of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the failure to meet the delivery date is due to force majeure, labor disputes, or other events beyond the supplier's control, the delivery date will be extended appropriately for the duration of the impediment. The provider's liability for damages caused by slight negligence is excluded, with the exception of personal injury and breaches of essential contractual obligations.
